Is it too late to register? No it isn’t. Sponsorship Week accepts registrations right up to the opening of a workshop. We ask that you complete your registration and payment online. The registration system will send you a confirmation email. Please bring a copy of this confirmation with you to the Grand Hotel Toronto. It will allow us to complete your onsite registration while you enjoy breakfast with your fellow attendees.

Registration fees are per-day or per half-day, with generous discounts for multi-day packages. Select one, two or three day packages. Sponsorship Week: Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sponsorship Week is a series of workshops presented by Database Publishing, which is the operating name of 1431880 Ontario Inc. Sponsorship Week is held every year in October or November, in Toronto, Ontario.
Your registration to Sponsorship Week entitles you to attend the workshop or workshops you have registered to attend and to receive such workshop materials as the workshop presenter has determined will be valuable for the delivery of workshop content.
The workshop will be delivered live at the date and times indicated on published schedules. You must attend to receive the content. Supplementary materials may be made available to you via email before the workshop and/or during the session. In most instances, there will be no video archive of workshop sessions.
Failure by us to begin a workshop on time or to end a session on time will not constitute non-delivery of a workshop.
Workshops remain the intellectual property of the workshop presenter. The making of audio and/or video recordings of sessions, or portions of session, may be permitted only with the consent of the workshop presenter.
Cancellation by you
You may cancel your registration at any time up to the day before the scheduled workshop date and you will be eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy, outlined below. Cancellations must be made via email to email@example.com. Your cancellation will be effective upon its receipt by us and will be acknowledged by email from The Sponsorship Report within 24 hours of receipt.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshop to which you have registered, you will be entitled either to substitute another workshop of equal length in place of the cancelled workshop at no extra charge, or to receive a full refund of all conference fees and taxes paid for your registration.
Rescheduling by us
We reserve the right to alter the schedule of workshops presented at Sponsorship Week. If we do and you are unable to attend your workshop under the altered schedule, you will be entitled either to substitute another workshop of equal length in place of the cancelled workshop at no extra charge, or to receive a full refund of all conference fees and taxes paid for your registration.
You may substitute another person in place of you for any workshop, at any time (even on the day of the workshop) at no cost to you. Substitutions may be made by phone (705-653-1112), by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or onsite at the workshop’s registration desk.
Cancellation by you
You may cancel your registration at any time except during the 14 days preceding the scheduled delivery date of a workshop and receive a full refund of fees and taxes paid.
If you cancel your registration within one day to 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date of a workshop, you will receive a refund of fees and taxes paid, less $200. The $200 will remain as a credit in your account that may be applied to a registration for the following year’s Sponsorship Week. Following that, the credit will be expunged.
In both cases, any refund will normally be processed within 72 hours of cancellation and will normally be made using the same payment method as you used when registering.
If you cancel on the day of a workshop, of if you do not attend, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of all fees and taxes paid. That refund will normally be processed within 72 hours of cancellation and will normally be made using the same payment method as you used when registering.
Rescheduling by us
If, as a consequence of rescheduling of workshop dates by us, you elect to receive a refund, that refund will normally be processed within 72 hours of your request and will normally be made using the same payment method as you used when registering.
